Bütçem ("uygulama"), bireysel geliştirici Fatih Yusuf Cira tarafından geliştirilen bir kişisel bütçe uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, hangi verilerin nerede tutulduğunu ve neyin asla yapılmadığını açıklar.
Gelir, gider ve tasarruf kayıtların, varlıkların, kategorilerin ve ayarların telefonundaki bir veritabanında saklanır. Hesap açmadıysan bu veriler cihazından hiç çıkmaz. Uygulamayı silersen bu veriler de silinir. Dilediğin zaman verilerini uygulama içinden JSON veya CSV olarak dışa aktarabilirsin.
Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparsan, yedekleme ve cihazlar arası eşitleme için şunlar işlenir:
Bu veriler, veritabanı sağlayıcımız Supabase'in sunucularında, yalnızca senin hesabının erişebileceği şekilde (satır düzeyi güvenlik ile) saklanır ve yalnızca yedekleme/eşitleme hizmetini sunmak için kullanılır. Hesabını uygulama içinden ("Hesabı sil") sildiğinde buluttaki tüm verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir; cihazındaki kayıtlar sende kalır.
Varlık fiyatlarını göstermek için uygulama, halka açık fiyat servislerine (altın/döviz için yerel sağlayıcılar, kripto için CoinGecko, hisse için Yahoo Finance) hangi enstrümanların fiyatının sorulduğu dışında hiçbir kişisel bilgi içermeyen istekler gönderir. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi bu servisler IP adresini görür.
Uygulama açılışta, hata düzeltmelerini mağaza güncellemesi beklemeden alabilmek için Expo'nun güncelleme servisine "benim için güncelleme var mı?" diye sorar. Bu istek kişisel veri içermez; her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi servis IP adresini görür.
Bütçem Plus aboneliği Apple üzerinden işlenir; ödeme bilgilerini biz hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Abonelik durumunu yönetmek için satın alma makbuzları, abonelik altyapı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat tarafından hesap kimliğinle ilişkilendirilerek işlenir.
Verilerine erişme (uygulama içi dışa aktarma), silme (uygulama içi hesap silme ve/veya uygulamayı kaldırma) ve taşıma hakların her zaman elinin altındadır. Sorular için: fyusufcira@gmail.com

Budget ("the app") is a personal budgeting app by independent developer Fatih Yusuf Cira. This policy explains what data lives where — and what is never done with it.
Your income, expense and savings entries, assets, categories and settings are stored in a database on your phone. Without an account, this data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes it. You can export everything as JSON or CSV from inside the app at any time.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, the following is processed to provide backup and cross-device sync:
This data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, protected by row-level security so only your account can access it, and used solely to provide the backup/sync service. Deleting your account inside the app ("Delete account") permanently erases all of your cloud data; the entries on your device remain yours.
To display asset values, the app requests prices from public services (local providers for gold and currency, CoinGecko for crypto, Yahoo Finance for stocks). These requests contain nothing personal beyond which instruments are being priced; like any internet request, those services see an IP address.
On launch, the app asks Expo's update service whether a fix is available, so bug fixes can arrive without waiting for a store update. The request carries no personal data; as with any internet request, the service sees an IP address.
The Bütçem Plus subscription is processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. To manage subscription status, purchase receipts are processed by our subscription infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, associated with your account identifier.
Access (in-app export), deletion (in-app account deletion and/or uninstalling), and portability are always available to you directly. Questions: fyusufcira@gmail.com
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
